Why? I’ve been repeatedly asking this question since I was born, curious about everything and never accepting the common answers. Fortunately, I had parents that allowed me to experiment and discover. There were times as a child when they had to help me from my exploratory nature. For example, at the age of 5, I wondered what would happen if I put a peanut in my nose! Being inquisitive has led me to the love of the camera as it provides an escape where I’m free to explore.
Throughout my life, really since the age of 4 when my Dad let me use his Polaroid, I’ve been taking pictures. In 1999, I moved from my small southern hometown of Alexander City, Alabama to Birmingham to work as a flight attendant for US Airways. Wherever we landed, I would venture out with my camera. After several years, this small town girl decided to move to an even bigger city Atlanta. I’ve been working with several commercial photographers part-time and full-time as a governess for families in Buckhead for the last 15 years. Working as a governess provided the opportunity to photograph some wonderful children.
Since 2016, I have been working on my own as a professional photographer. It is important to me that my photographs tell a story while highlighting the features of a home.

I just got a job photographing a $9.5 million estate directly as a result of being listed in the PFRE real estate photographer directory
On May 19th I have joined real estate photography directory on and already I have a client booked for a photo shoot of his property – amazing! Client stated that he found my info through PFRE.
Larry does have a good site with good traffic flow. The stats on his advertisement page are correct (I verified them with an outside source). So if you are looking for some addition advertising, the price is right.
… I signed up for your directory on Sunday and I have already been contacted and booked by a new client today, Tuesday – that’s gotta be a record – 42 hrs! Nice one!
