My life began on Old Dark Road in Alexander City, Alabama. The road was named by my grandmother, Louise Ann Dark, who owned the property. So yes, Dark Rush really is my real name! My dad, an electrical contractor and owner of Rush Electrical Company, built our house on Old Dark Road. Growing up he frequently took me to building sites. While tightrope walking along the concrete foundation, imagining what rooms would look like when wood frames were in place, and playing with light switches my dad installed, I fell in love with homes. With my mom’s southern cooking and my parents’ warm hospitality our house was a gathering place for friends and family. With my upbringing, I guess it’s no surprise that I love photographing homes.

Larry does have a good site with good traffic flow. The stats on his advertisement page are correct (I verified them with an outside source). So if you are looking for some addition advertising, the price is right.
I just got a job photographing a $9.5 million estate directly as a result of being listed in the PFRE real estate photographer directory
… I signed up for your directory on Sunday and I have already been contacted and booked by a new client today, Tuesday – that’s gotta be a record – 42 hrs! Nice one!
